My Austrian friend sent me here - and I am grateful. Marvelous nature - mountains rising high, many lakes reflecting the forests and the historic villages nearby. Today I decided to take the cablecar to Dachstein, and had a beautiful day. Take a look at those mountains. Stopped at Five Fingers and the Ice Cave, but will post about the cave separately, as well as the village of Hallstatt.
